Your subscription renews automatically through your Apple ID until you cancel. Cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; you keep access until the period ends.
No. Your traffic travels inside an encrypted WireGuard tunnel and the app does not read the URLs you visit. We retain only minimal connection metadata (time, server, bandwidth) for legal compliance and abuse prevention. We do not see page contents, form data, or downloads, and the app includes no third-party trackers. See the full privacy policy.
All purchases are processed securely by Apple through in-app purchase, using the payment method on your Apple ID. Roamly never sees your card details.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Roamly is an iOS app for iPhone and iPad (iOS 17+). An Android app is on the roadmap.
You're responsible for what you do online. We respond to lawful requests, ban accounts caught using Roamly to access CSAM or run scams, and cooperate with anti-fraud investigations. Roamly is for privacy and access, not for crime.
