We want you to be happy with Roamly. If you're not, here's exactly how refunds and cancellations work — no fine print, no runaround. This policy is consistent with our Terms of Service.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee (card payments)

  • Card payments, processed in USD by Polar (our Merchant of Record), are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • The 14-day window is measured from the date of purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, including your transaction or order ID. We aim to process eligible refund requests within 2 business days of receiving them.

3. Free trial

Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial, so cancelling before it ends costs nothing. Billing begins only after the trial.

4. Cancellation

Premium is a yearly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard in one click. After cancelling you keep full access until the end of your current paid period, and you will not be charged again.

5. What is not refundable

  • Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (for example illegal use, CSAM, malware, fraud, or abuse) are not eligible for a refund.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window has passed.
